Creating
professional low-cost large-format art pieces for a wide variety
of professional and private clients is the service provided by
long-time professional artist Scott Wilburn. Most commissioned
artwork on the market today is quite expensive, making the decision
to acquire large pieces for office, home or retail store a spendy
proposition. Our goal is to provide a cost-effective alternative.
We work closely with our clients to come up with a theme, design
and color scheme appropriate to the desired environment, and then
create large art pieces to fit both location and budget.
We will
custom design art pieces, in both subject and color choices, to
match interior design or environmental pallettes. Most pieces
can be completed in a week or less, and we work hard to keep costs
to a minimum. Several of our 36” x 48” canvases have
been priced as low as $395!
Our art
pieces are professional and affordable, allowing the inclusion
of fine art in just about any setting.

About
the artist: Scott Wilburn has been involved in various
creative endeavors most of his life. Beginning as a free-lance artist
in the 1970s, he went on to become the Director of Graphics at Columbia
Basin College in Washington State (a position he held for 20 years),
a partner in the award-winning graphic design firm Wilburn &
Southwick, and the owner of the Wilburn Custom Shop, a custom guitar
building company. His work has won numerous awards and his clients
have been as diverse as professional sports teams to large Health
Insurance Companies.
In
early 1989, Scott Wilburn was the head of Graphics at a college
in Washington. He was asked to design and execute a series of permanent
murals for a large health club. Demand for this type of large-format,
for-order art increased, and soon Scott was creating custom designs
for a wide variety of clients, including interior designers, business
owners, real estate professionals and more. Having moved to the
beautiful Sandpoint Idaho area in 2009, Scott is now creating art
for customers in the inland northwest.
He
currently lives with his family in the woods north of Sandpoint
Idaho. |
